DELIVERY
Our manufacturing process is geared towards sustainability, so Sintezex design objects are manufactured on-demand.
We strive to process your order as promptly as possible. Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Delivery times vary depending on the product group and shipping destination, and they are displayed on the respective product’s shop page and during checkout.

Outside the European Union
All duties and taxes required to receive the shipment at the delivery destination are the responsibility of the buyer.
RETURNS
Our goal is your satisfaction with your purchase, and therefore, we would never intentionally send products in poor condition. Upon receiving your order, you have 14 days to inspect its quality. If you find any products in unsatisfactory condition, please contact us at info@sintezex.com. We will arrange for return, refund, or replacement of any damaged items.
