This means that we only produce when a product is ordered. This saves resources such as energy, storage space, and emissions.
Use a soft dry cloth to remove any loose dust. For stubborn grime, it can be cleaned with a damp cloth and lukewarm water. If necessary, apply some mild soap to the cloth.
Note: Before cleaning lamps, always turn off the electricity and remove the power plug from the outlet.

We do our best to handle your order as soon as possible. Delivery is always from Monday to Saturday; there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. The delivery times vary depending on the product group/shipping destination and are displayed on the respective product’s shop page and during checkout.
Once your delivery leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. This confirmation contains the tracking number to track the current status of your delivery. You can enter the tracking number on the shipping company’s website under “Shipment Tracking” to view the package status.
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
